Policy Pulse is your daily, bias-free summary of every official executive order published in the Federal Register. It’s written in plain English, sent once a day at 6 PM Central (only if new orders are released), and includes:
The official title of each executive order
A 4–7 point bullet summary of what it does
A direct link to the original government document
No commentary, no political slant, no “what this means for you” — just data
It is build in Node.js deployed as a Lambda function in AWS using the SAM CLI - uses AWS SES for emailing, DynamoDB for data and users lists, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch for triggering a chron job every day. It leverages AI to summarize the orders.
